Resources

I reccomend the following books and resources to anyone interested in the work that I do or for people who are walking a spiritual path and are looking for inspiration, connection and nourishment along the way…

Books

Spirit Release: A Practical Handbook by Sue Allen
This is a wonderful, clear and practical book that is really down to earth and super accurate from my experiences. I would recommend this book for anyone who is having problems with spirit attachment or psychic attack, as well as those who are working on their grounding and protection.

The Earthsea Quartet by Ursula K Le Guin
This book, combined with the final and fifth book in the series – The Other Wind – are not just beautiful, luminous stories straight from the soul. They have provided me with healing and inspiration on my journey in the way that only true stories can – by showing me the truths of my own soul and how to work with them. I can’t recommend them highly enough.

Shaman, Healer, Sage by Alberto Villoldo
This is the book that kick-started my formal shamanic training, about 10 years ago! It’s a brilliant and timeless introduction to the mystical teachings of Andean shamanism, as well as some basic practices and some amazing, mindblowing new ideas.

Masters of the Living Energy by Joan Parisi Wilcox
For anyone who’s really interested in the mysticism and teachings of the Andean shamanic tradition, this is the book for you. It’s both an amazing account of personal evolution and learning, combined with a treasure-trove of wisdom and ancient knowledge from a culture that has managed to preserve much of it’s traditional teachings untouched until recently. There is something special about this lineage and it’s teachings, and I definitely recommend this book to anyone interested in learning more about working with the spirit world and living in Ayni.

(ps: I do not get any affiliate payments, etc for recommending these resources, and am not associated with their publication in any way – I just really love them and think you might too!)
