Shamanic coaching focuses on giving you the tools, understanding and experiences you need so that you can guide and heal yourself as you walk your path, and puts your unique relationship with the Sacred at the heart of your development.

Who is it for and what can it help with?

Shamanic coaching is for anyone who wants to access their full potential as vibrant, sacred souls and live that potential in their everyday lives.

Specifically, it can be helpful for:

• finding your own, unique expression of spirituality
• deepening your connection to the Sacred and the rest of creation
• resolving and moving past a specific challenge such as illness, loss of direction or apathy
• integrating your spiritual life with your everyday life
• grounding and birthing a specific vision of how you’d like your life to be
• honouring and accessing the medicine in life changes, transitions and rites of passage
• regaining your sense of purpose and creativity

Why is it ‘shamanic’?

This kind of coaching is different because at it’s heart lies the shamanic journey. This means that it’s not only me who’s coaching you, but all of my spiritual guides as well as your own spiritual allies.

Shamanic journeying has been used for thousands of years to access wisdom, healing and guidance from the spirit world, allowing us to address the challenges you’re facing at the deeper level of soul and spirit.

How does it work?

During an appointment I will use any practices, tools or teachings that I’m guided to by my spiritual allies. This could mean that I do a journey to the spirit world for you to retrieve a lost soul piece or ask a specific question, or it could mean that I walk you through a ceremony or use a divination technique to finds answers and guidance.

We will talk about how you are experiencing your relationship with Spirit, and discuss any dreams or signs you’ve received that are leading you forward. We may put together a plan for a ceremony that you’ll perform, or talk about how you could make a medicine object such as a drum, rattle or ongon. Or we might do a guided pathworking together to connect with a specific energy, guide or medicine teaching.

Because of the energetic and spiritual nature of this work, I can coach you over the phone no matter where in the world you happen to be just as effectively as if we were in the same room together!
