Ongoing coaching is for anyone who wants regular support towards integrating their spiritual experiences and practices into their lives.

Ongoing coaching combines the power of shamanic healing techniques to resolve any issues that are holding you back, with the guidance and teachings of our spiritual allies – helping you to access your own power, gifts and wisdom so that you can move forward on your journey.

Through working together on a regular basis, we can explore your spiritual nature and how it uniquely expresses in your life, ultimately allowing you to craft a way a living that reflects your deepest self.

Ongoing coaching includes:

• one coaching appointment with me every month
• one coaching report emailed to you every month, following our appointment
• a weekly support email to answer any questions and help you maintain your focus
• any of my online resources that are relevant to the issues you’re working on, such as ebooks & ecourses
