All of my writing is inspired by experiences of the Spirit, and my journey with shamanism and mysticism.

Whether non-fiction or poetry, everything I offer is rooted in my spiritual experience and the teachings I’ve been given by my guides in both this world and the spirit world.

The Spirits and my soul give me the vision, and my beautiful mind turns that vision into words in the best way it can.

It’s not a perfect process, but it through I attempt to translate a tiny part of the Sacred into something I can share…

The Power of Words

I love the sound and rhythm of words, how they shift depending on who’s reading them, and when. There’s a power in words that goes beyond simple communication – words are part of how we integrate our spirit into this world of form, a bridge between pure being and pure material existence.

Through words we can create, destroy, curse, bless, heal, inspire, empower and connect with one another, and with ourselves. Through words we can walk the web of connection and oneness that links us all with more consciousness, and take a more active part in the creation of the world around us as we choose how to shift our perceptions and vision.

The Power of Story

I love to read as well – anything from Bronte to Neil Gaiman to Ursula Le Guin to J K Rowling and Stephen King. My tastes tend towards the fantastical, with a dash of classical and a hint of horror. Anything with a really touching story that speaks to my soul will go down well!

That’s because story isn’t just about entertaining our minds – story is one of the ways that the soul communicates and creates, just like music, poetry, artwork, crafting and ceremony. Through story we can experience a new truth, or an old one turned around anew, allowing us to access the healing and gifts that lie deep within the soul.

I truly know that stories can change, and even save, lives.
